DEATH OF A JOCKEY. PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH. September 3. ,T. Quinton, a jockey, who was injured through falling while riding Moccasin m tho Grand National Steeplechase died in the hospital to-day. Ho received severe injuries through brushing, mid though he rallied soon after tho accident ho had a relapse on Thursday night, and failed R recover.
