GOVERNMENT SECURITIES. The following are the latest quotations for Government securities with a comparison ot those ruling last week:—

The market rate of discount for'best three months’ bills is .3-Bths higher, at 2 13.16 per cent. The Bank of England rate is unchanged at 3 per cent., ,as against 3) per cent, on, 21st April, and 4 per cent, on 14th April. COLONIAL AND OTHER PRODUCE-. Wheat—-’Frisco, 147 - cents. The markets are steady and unchanged. There is a little activity in cargoes, Tho American visible supply is 20,027,000 bushels. (Minneapolis flour, 530 cents. Butter—The trade is quiet, and prices ax - o unchanged. Tallow—Stock, 12,837 casks; imports, SG4G; deliveries, 7010. Sugar is quiet. First mark granulated, f.o.h. Hamburg, 21d higher at 12s 7d per cwt; German beet, 88deg., 3d higher at 10s Dd. Bradford Tops—There is good inquiry for finer sorts. Forty-six’s led.
