MORE PRAISE FOR THE NEW ZEALAND PRODUCT.

SYDNEY, September 1. Tho Government Commercial Agent in London, Mr C. 0. Lance, reports that while New South Wales butter is unsaleable, New Zealand butter is in high favour, and dealers cannot get all their wants supplied. The Government Dairy Expert, in a memorandum on tho report; calls the attention of tho Minister of Agriculture to tho difference in tho prices of New South Wales and New Zealand butter. He adds: —“New Zealand is the only State where butter is graded by Government experts."
