THE MONEY MARKET.
NEW SOUTH WALES TREASURY BILLS. (Received March 19, 1.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 18. Mr H. Copeland, New South Wales Agent-General in London, has advised the Government that £250,000 worth of Treasury hills have been placed in London ait 2a 6d per £IOO higher than a similar amount placed a few weeks ago. Tire Treasurer, Mr Waddell, considers this very satisfactory in view of the disturbed state of the money market.
