INDOOR CYCLING.
HOME-TRAINER COMPETITION. To-night at the Exchange Hall the in>* door cycle racing* on Messrs Goodwin and Phtdan's American homo-trainer Trill he concluded. There is to bo a three-mile handicap and several of. fthe back-mark men have expressed their intention- of trying to beat tho existing record for tho distance—lmin Oscc. 11. "Wolff is on scratch, his nearest attendant being Er. G. Gray (who showed such improved form last Wednesday) on 70yds. The rest of tho competitors arc silting out up to 580 yds, this large start, of course being on account of the rider using roadster tyres instead of tho light path-racing tyre. G. Bradley appears to be well in on 240yds. •T. B. 'Richards, on 100yds., is also. Troll placed. Taken altogether the handicaps seem to havo been carefully framed and tho racing should bo exciting and tho finishes close. The racing to the general public is simple to follow, as each rider s handicap is distinctly set forth on the dial, and the recording rollers show the laps as ridden immediately the lap mark m crossed. Tho first heat Trill start at S o’clock.
