T HEREBY give notice that pursuant A to a writ of sale issued out of this Honourable Court in action No. 7171, wherein John Whiteman, of Upper Hutt, Farmer, Alfred Horry, of Silver-stream, Farmer, and Jacob Geange, of Trentham, Carrier, as Trustees of the Royal Rose of Sharon Lodge of Oddfellows, No. 4675, I.ndependeni Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity Friendly Societies, are plaintiffs, and Howland Butler, of Upper Hutt. Butcher, is defendant, all that the estate right title and interest of the said Howland Butler in all that piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Hutt District, and being part of section No. 121 on the plan of the said district, containing 4 acres, more or less, bounded on the north by the Hutt River 1400 links, on the cast by a line 230 links, on the south by a Public Hoad 1300 links and on the west by other part of the said section 413 links, the western boundary of the said section being distant 1300 links from the eastern boundary thereof; and all that the estate right title and interest of the said Howland Butler in all that piece or parcel of la.vd situate in and being part of section No. 128 on the plan of the Hutt District and known.as allotment No. 1, bounded on the north by other portion of the said section 100 feet, on the south by allotment No. 2 100 feet, on the west by a road from the Hailway Station to the Wellington road 33 feet, and on the east by other part of the said section 33 feet, the northern boundary of tho said land being parallel with and distant 69 feot G inches from tho road to Wellington on the northern boundary of the said section No. 123, will be sold at the suit of the plaintiffs, tho execution creditors in tho said action, by public auction by W.
