JAMES LYNCHEHAUN.

LONDON, November G. At the instance of the British Government, the American authorities have ordered tho re-arrest of Lynchehaun, the notorious Irish prison-breaker, who escaped from Maryborough Convict Prison in September, 1903, while under a life sentence for the attempted murder of Mrs Agnes McDonnell, at Achill Island, in 1895. Tho Indianapolis Court refused to extradite Lynchehaun on the 2nd inst.
