ORDER FOR WARSHIPS.

LONDON, November 5. The Admiralty has'ordered throe 223knob cruisers—the Armstrong-Whit-worth Company, the Fairfield Shipbuilding Company, and Vickers and Son building one each. Four 25-knot scouts have~"also beau, ordered. It is stated that orders will shortly bo placed for three 18,000-ton battleships.
