FIRE IN A MINE.
TERRIBLE LOSS OF LIFE. NEW YORK. July 1. An explosion set fire to the Union Pacific inino at Hanna, in the State of Wyoming. A hundred and seventy-five persons were killed. Twenty-five bodies have been recovered, most of them mutilated. Some men were rescued alive, despite the smoke, which hindered the efforts of the rescuers.
