CITY OF WELLINGTON PROPERTIES Tho Assessment Court for the city of Wellington resumed its sitting at the .Magistrate’s Court yesterday nlteniOJii. Dr A. McArthur, S.M., pressed. The assessors were Messrs F. llradey and D. T'. Stuart.

Mr Boli appeared for the Valuation Department. 11. C. Renner objected to tho valuation on his section, 31ft by Unit 4in, in Hawker street.’ Tiro unimproved value is £279, and improvements £3OO. The objector submitted that tiro property was below tho level of the street, and was not worth more than £7 por foot.
