The “’Daily Mail,” although disbelieving the information, publishes the statement of its Sofia correspondent that the (Macedonian revolutionary leaders there are in possession of-quantities of Indian plague, bacilli, and threaten that .unless the Powers within a week guarantee the execution of the Berlin Treaty they will infect Constantinople, Salonioa and Berlin. Hilmi Pasha, the Turkish Military Oommandfer' in Macedonia, is exiling to Tripoli and to Yemen, in Arabia, a hundred and three Bulgarian and Macedonian schoolmasters and rich merchants, without ittrial, considering, them to he dangerous ringleaders of the revolutionists.
