INFLAMMATORY SPEECH BY MR DILLON. LONDON. May 28. Mr John Dillon, Nationalist member for East Mayo, speaking at Ballaghadereon, County Mayo, said that nothing had ever won Ireland into bowing the knee to representatives of a hostile Government. It was one thing to be hospitable and civil, and another thing to crawl and cringe. No honest Nationalist, Mr Dillon declared, could participate in the addresses of welcome or formal receptions to the King or the Viceroy.
