CHAMPIONSHIP MEETING AT DUNEDIN. TRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN. Alarch 21. The cycling championship mooting took placo on the Caledonian grounu to-day. The weather was fine, but cold. There was a good attendance. In the motor race, something went wrong with Martin’s machine- porter and Clarke gavo an exhibition mile. Results:-Half-mile Cash Championship; prizes, £6, £2 and £1. —A. Martin beat tho pistol at the start, and kept in front till Huston, with a fine spurt, beat him by a wheel just on tho post. Time, Imin 14 2-ssec.
