SUICIDE OF A DEFAULTER.
BUCHAREST, February 4. M. Macaresco, formerly Vice-Direc-tor of the Roumanian Ministry of Finance, and latterly Vice-Director of the Bank of Agriculture, who was about to bo arrested in connection with Parisiano’s frauds of four per cent, stocks, committed suicide by jumping under a train.
