ARMS FOR THE AMEER
SUPPLIES PROM GERMAN FACTORIES. (Received February G, 1.6 a.m.) LONDON, "February 5. Tlio “Daily Mail,” referring to the ordnance for the Ameer recently stopped at Pesliawur. states that the Indian Government has forwarded to tho Ameer twelve of the detained German quickfirers, two howitzers, eighteen field pieces and eight hundred and fifty cases of ammunition, but has refused to forward two hundred English guns, valued at £24.000 —technically forgings intended to be finished at Cabul.
