FIGHTING BETWEEN TURKS AND BULGARIANS. FEARS OP A CRISIS IN THE SPRING. CONSTANTINOPLE, February 4. Tho delay in the application in Macedonia of tho reforms proposed by the Austrian and Russian Governments is increasing tho danger of a wide insurrection in the spring, involving Bulgaria and Sorvia. Already sanguinary conflicts between Turkish troops and Bulgarian bands are frequent. (Received February 5, 10.55 p.m.) SOFIA, February 5. Bulgaria challenges international inquiry into tho statement of tho Porto in reference to bands intended to operate in Macedonia in the spring.
