The Governments of the Argentine and Chili Republics have offered to sell the warships they are having built in Europe to the United States. President Roosevelt's message to Congress supports Mexico's and China's suggestion to ap International Conference to consider the question of restoring and maintaining a fixed relationship between gold and silver money.
