MIRAMAR.
The prospectus has been filed of Miramar, Ltd., a company which has been formed by Mr R. Chase-Morris to take up the option of an area of 521 acres of the Miramar Peninsula, which Mr Morris obtained from the Miramar Land Company. As will be seen by an advertisement in another column, the tontine principle, which it was intended to adopt, has been abandoned, and the company *is to be run on ordinary lines. The'capital has been fixed at .£30,000, in shares-of .£1 each. The company is being promoted to subdivide the land into siiitable allotments and dispose of it to the public as early as possible, the first sale taking place about February next, when there slTould bo a good demand for sections., as the land is of first-class quality. The £cmpany's broker, Mr A. Moliss Stuart, states that over 1500 shares hare already been taken up.
