(Received November 27, 10.19 p.ra.) LONDON, November 27. Tho Eastern Cattle, Cold Storage and Land Company, with a capital of £450,000, is being formed in London, with tho object of developing 22,000 square miles on tho Port Darwin side oi tbo Gulf of Carpentaria littoral. Tho company intends to export beef, and also proposes to settle a colony of Italian sugar-growers.
