EMPEROR WILLIAM.
LONDON, November 21. The Marquis of Linlithgow, cx-Govcr-nor-Gcnoral of Australia, bade farewell to Emperor William at Queen’s Ferry on Friday, when the Kaiser embarked on the Hohoazoillern on his return to Germany. Lord Archibald Hamilton, with great presence of mind, prevented the_ horses attached to tlio carriage containing the Emperor and Lord Rosebery from bolting.
