LONDON, November G. Mr Chamberlain states that seventythousand Boers out of a 'hundred and twenty-three thousand in the concentration camps have been repatriated. The camps are stui costing £200,000 a month. All except three thousand Boer prisoners will have been repatriated before Christmas. LONDON, November 6.
