BRISBANE, November 4. The first cable message seat across tho Pacific i'xie was from tho cable steamer Anglia to tho King. NEW Y’ORK, November 3. Tho “New York Tribune” congratulates Britain on the magnificent achievement of the Pacific cable, whioli it regards as an incentive to America. LONDON, November 3. Sir Sandford Fleming, Engineer-m-Chief of the Canadian Pacific Railway, sent to Lord Minto, Governor-General of Canada, two cablegrams girdling the globe. The one going easterly'occupied 625 minutes, and the other sent westerly took 810 minutes.
