Judge Curran, at tho Birr QuarterSessious, reduced tho sentence recently passed on Mr Burke, M.P. for Birr, to ono month’s imprisonment, and confirmed, without hard labour, the sentence of five months passed on Mr Roddy, M.P. for Tullamore, including three' months for not finding bail for his good behaviour.
