EXCITEMENT (’.USED AT MUNICH. MUNICH, August 11. Recently Iho Chamber of Deputies of Bavaria, refused to pass a vote of 100,000 marks (about £5000) for the purchase cf certain pictures. Emperor William thereupon wrote to King Leopold of Bavaria offering him the money for the purpose, at tho sat no time, expressing his displeasure at tho Chamber's meanness. King Leopold replied thanking the Emperor, but stating that a member of (lie Bavarian Reich.srath hart given the requisite sum. (deceived August la, 10.55 p.m.) BERLIN, August 15.
