The Johannesburg correspondent of the “ Morning Post ” says there is a strong rumour that, as a result of Lord Milner’s visit to Dolagoa Bay, Britain has arranged to build a new harbour at Dolagoa, repayment of the cost being guaranteed by the receipts from Customs and railways.
