SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

The following were elected a school committee at a spaxselv attended meeting of householders hold at the Kilbirnie schoolroom last evening:—.Messrs A. G Jorgensen, W. Halley, F. J. W. Fear, w! Hutchings. Bennett, R. Howe, C. J. Sargent. The comnvitteo will meet next luesday evening for the purpose of electing a. chairman and secretary. The annual meeting of householders of Kimvarra was held last night. Mr J. T. Bariow was invited to take.the chair. On the motion of Hr A. Nixon a vote of thanks was accorded to the teachers for the manner in which they had worked to got a piano tor tho school. Messrs G. Flaws. W. McGuire, A, Wixon. H. Kennedy, B. Lynneberg, J. T. Barlow and E. Knight were elected as the new committee. At a special meeting held after the election Mr B, Lynneberg was elected Mr; G. Flaws ■ secretary, and Mr A. Wixon treasurer.
