There being a ground to spare at Miramar next Saturday, it was decided to play tho Oriental-St. James fourth-class game on that day. It was decided to inform ciub secretaries that if they played unregistered men they would be liable to lose tho match. Queen’s Park protested against a drawn game with Alarist Brothers on the ground that the referee had awarded a free kick inside the 12 yards limit, instead of a penalty kick, for hands. Air Auld proposed that the match be-replnyed at end of season. Air Roberts moved as an amendment that the protest be dismissed. Mr Auld’s motion was carried. At ths general meeting of the Association, which was held afterwards, Mr B. L, Salmon’s motion to empower a referee to insist on players wearing their club colours was discussed. The opinion of the meeting was that the motion was a good one, but the time was not opportune for its enforcement.
