CRIME IN IRELAND.
LONDON, April 24. The Chief Secretary for Ireland (Right Hon G. Wyndham), in the course of his speech last night at Brighton, said that the Government, in reviving a portion of the Crimes Act in Ireland, was striking a blow for liberty.
