QUEENSLAND ELECTIONS.
BRISBANE, March 12. All tho Ministers havo been, returned, and tho balance of parties is about the same as before tho dissolution. A feature of tho election was the improved positions Government candidates secured in tho Labour strongholds. A Labour candidate dispossessed a Ministerialist for Maryborough, the Government also losing tho scats at Bowen and Ipswich. Those wero compensated for by the Government’s victories at Enoggora and South Brisbane. Tho state of parties so far is—Government, 42; Labour, 24; Independent, 6.
