THE ROYAL TOUR.
LONDON, October 23. Tho Royal yacht Ophir, with the Duke and Dmihcss of Cornwall on board, has arrived at Newfoundland. Tho, Agonts-Gcncral in London will present congratulatory addresses to the Duke inxt Duchess of Cornwall when they return on the happy termination of their memorable tour. They .will express the gratitude of the commuuties visited for the consideration snown by tho Royal guests, and for the unceasing interest they took in the social, industrial and commercial welfare and progress of tho colonics.
