(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) Wednesday, 5.15 p.m. As usual, the races brought if motley crowd of "undesirables. The police' arrested five alleged spielers, and brought
them up this morning on a charge of having no visible means of support. They were remanded till to-morrow. A large number of other suspicious characteg took tho hint and cleared out.
