REPORT ON THE ADMIRALS' TACTICS. LONDON, September 18. The unpires’ report on the recent British naval manoeuvres states that those of Rear-Admiral A. K. Wilson, who commanded the A Squadron, were swift, er and more modern than those of the B Squadron, under the command of Rear-Admiral Sir G. H. Noel. Though the latter’s fleet was the larger of the two, its movements were slower, and in the unpires’ opinion it was practically annihilated.
