PRESS ASSOCIATION. ASHBURTON, August 8. At th e inquest on the body of Jamee Harris, which was found in a water* race at Allerton, near this town, the evidence showed that the man, who was an old age pensioner, had drawn hi* pension on the previous day. After paying hig rent, he was not seen alive again. Deceased was a native of Westmeath, Ireland, and was seventy-five years old. A verdict of found drowned was returned(Own Correspondent.)
