The Customs returns for the past week amounted to £6935 9s 7d, and the beer duty to £lO9 lls 9d. The amount received for Customs dues on Saturday totalled £417 6s.

Pig-iron.—Glasgow warrants, No. 1 cash, 3d higher at 51s per ton f.o.b. in ClydeLead, 2s 6d lower, at £l2 5s per ton. Spelter, £l6 12s 6d per ton. COAL EXPORT. WESTPORT, July 14. The coal export for the week ended Saturday was 7670 tons, which was shipped as follows: —Westport Coal Co., 7670 tons 1 cwt; Co-operative Coal Co., 99 tons 19 cwt. GREYMOUTH, July 14.
