ENGLISH LIBERALS.
(Received July 14, 4.58 p.m.) LONDON, July 13. Mr Asquith has declined Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman’s suggestion to postpone the banquet tendered to him. Pressure is being applied to prevent Liberals attending the function. Earl Grey will preside at the banquet, Lord Rosebery desiring not to participate in the quarrel among the Liberal party.
