Tliei petitioner fell forward on the table sobbing. A moment later, with a loud cry, he sprang towards Deau O’Haran. The latter evaded him.
Coningham tripped and fell. A number of bystanders seized! him, he, in the meanwhile, yelling, "Lot mo at him.” The jury added a rider to their verdict that they did not think there ivas sufficient evidence to Warrant a charge of conspiracy against the petitioner and Ilia wife. "
