Jackson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on their Johnsonville sale as follows : —Fat cattle, in moderate numbers, were on a par with last week’s rates. Prices ranged from £7 7a 6d to £9 10s. Fat cows and heifers, which were_ generally of better qualities and condition than those usually offered, made £5 17s 6d to £7 ss. Sheep were equal to requirements, and were of secondary quality. Fat ewes, 12s 9d to 13s 8d: fat wethers. 16s; store ewes, 6s 9d; lambs (poor Quality - ). 8s to 10s.
