SALE OF "TRELISSICK,’ CROFTON.
Messrs J- 11. Betlmno and Go. s auction mart, Feattierston street, was crowded to the doors yesterday afternoon when the firm submitted, by instructions from Major H. P. Deane, a’number of Ireehold building sites in the Trelissick Estate, Croiton. Before taking bids, the auctioneer, Mr G. H Bethune, referred to the -special attractions offered by this suburb to those wishim.- to secure healthy suburban sites within arTeasv distance of the c;iy. and also referred to'the extensive construction ot j.'oaos undertaken in this block. A number oi the sections were sold to various purchasers at prices ranging from ATS to £-56 according to their urea and situation, file balance of the allotments remain in the hands of the auctioneers for private sale at the upset, prices on exceptionally liberal terms. A number of these are already under offer to probable buyers, and those wishing to secure sites in Ibis favourite suburb will do well to call at Messrs 1 1 ■- - thune and Co.’s office for a lithograph plan in order to have an early selection.
