BANKRUPTCY COURT.

A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was hold yesterday before 3ir justice Edwards. Anthony Richard Bruvkard, expressman—ln reply to the Official. Assignee, bankrupt said that since he filed he had been earning just a living, and had no property. Discharge granted. Mr Devino appeared for the bankrupt. James Patterson, tailor, late of Stratford.—ln the absence of tbo bankrupt, tho application for discharge was adjourned till the next sitting of the Court. Mr Izett appeared for the bankrupt. Edward Murphy.—Mr Izett applied that tho bankruptcy should be annulled, the estate having paid 20s in the £. Tho Official 'Assignee said that a claim had been made on the estate for a d'ebt of £26, which was incurred over six years ago, and which he could not admit on that account. The application for the annulment of the bankruptcy was granted.

Tho Court. adjourned till the 15th April.
