PROGRAMME FOR THEIR RECEPTION. The Government has been advised that the Imperial troops, numbering about 1000. will arrive alt the Bluff on February 2 ml. t Two special trains will be employed (o carry them up to Christchurch, and there will also lie twV> for the journey between Wellington and Napier. The Acting-Premier has wired to the Mayors of Invercargill, Gere, (bur,am and Timarn, asking that arrangements should be made to entertain, the visitors during a. stay of an hour or two which they will make at each of those towns. It is possible that the troops will be in Dunedin,'Christchurch and Auckland for a day, and in Wellington for two days. Arrangements will probably he made for a portion of the troops to visit Wanganui on their way to Napier.
