Dir Seddon intends to consult his colleagues with a view to giving effect to the request. The Trades Hall desires the prohibition of forced labour amongst the natives, tho prohibition of the importation to South Africa of Asiatics or contract labour from abroad, and the prohibition of the supply of intoxicants to natives.
