POSTAL CONFERENCE
(Received November 15, 11 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 15. At the opening of a conference of permanent heads of the Australian Postal Departments to consider the federation of the postal systems, the Hon W. P. Crick, Postmaster-General, advocated the establishment of penny postage and sixpenny telegrams throughout the federation.
