COLONIAL CASUALTIES.
LONDON, June 21. Private Oonyoearo, of New South Wales, has died from dysentery, and Private T. Barker, of Tasmania, from enteric fever. The casualties to the Australians engaged in the storming of Diamond Hill, the critical position at Eersto Fabric, ken, east of Pretoria, were—-New South Wales Mounted Rifles—Killed, Lieut. Drage; wounded. Captain W. Holmes, Lance-Corporal Bowker, Private D. Campbell; slightly wounded, SergeantMajor Liggius, Privates R. Cameron and C. Murray; severely wounded, Lieut. W. Harrison, who has since died of his wounds. Westralian Mounted Rifles— Lance-Corporal Messer, dangerously wounded. . DUNEDIN, June 22. Mr Sim, n railway employee, living at Dnnbaek. has received a cable message advising him that his son George (aged 21 years') had met uts death at Lang’s Nek. He was a, member of the South African Horse.
