BY-LAW RE POULTRY. NOTICE is hereby given that the Amending By-law relating to Poultry and Poultry-houses will come into force on the 28th day of the present month (June). The provisions of the By-law are as follows : 1. No poultry to be kept except in properly-constructed houses. 2. No poultry-house must be built at less distance than 30ft from a dwelling-house or street. 3. No poultry-run must be less than 30ft from a dwelling-house or 6ft from the boundary of adjoining premises or from a street. 4. All persons keeping poultry ire to be licensed by tiie Council. 5. The license fee is 5s per annum. Applications for licenses should be made at the City Council office, where forms of application may be obtained. J. E.
