Laory and Co., Limited, report the following wholesale selling prices on tht Wellington produce market: —Wheat. 2s sd; oats, 2s. zs 2d; barley, Cape 2s Sd; maize, 3s; flour, £7; pollard. £5; bran, £4; oatmeal, £11; chaff, Gos; hay 80s; field beans, 3s; field peas, ?s'3d: potatoes, £2 7s Cd; onions, £3 10s; butter, dairy Bd, separator 91. ; cheese, sd; bacon, old ; hams Bid ; fowls, 2s 9d; roosters, 3s; ducks 4s; turkeys, 6s to 9s; geese, 4s 6d; fresh eggs, Is lOd, limed Is 2d. • Messrs. Freeman It. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on the Johnsonville sale as follows; —A medium entry ol bullocks ranging from heavy weight tc prime medium weights, sold at prices from £S 2s 6d to £8 12s 6d for first quality; £7 12s 6d to £7_ 17s 6d foi medium, quality; and £6 os to £7 5; for lighter sorts, averaging 17s Gd tf 18s per lOUlbs. A full entry of sheep met a steady demand. Best wethers made 16s Id to 1/s 4d; medium ditto. 15s; light ditto, 12s 6d to 12s 9d ; best owes, 14s 2d ; medium ewes, 12s 6d to 12s 8d; light ewes, 11s 6cl to 12s 3d; store lambs, 8s 3d; forward store pigs. 14s to £1 Is; woanors, os 6d to 7s.’ At the sale of landed properties held yesterday' afternoon at Messrs -.aUCdonald, Wilson and Co.’s rooms, a pro. porty in Richmond street, Potone, submitted by order of the Public Trustee was passed in, and is now open for private sale as also was a corner block of land with frontages to tho Hutt roac and Victoria street, Petone. Two six roomed residences in Riddiford street, having a total frontage of 80ft, by t depth of 100 ft, were sold to Mr D. T. Stuart, as agent.
