The North German Lloyd steamer Kaiser AVilhelm Der Grosse, from New York, has beaten her own record across "the Atlantic. She traversed the distance between Sandy Hook and Cherbourg, 319 C miles, in 5 days 2t hours 5 minutes, the average speed being 22.61 knots. NEW STEAMER FOB NEAV ZEALAND It is reported (says tho“Fairp!ay”) that Messrs Gourlay Bros, and Co., Dundee, have received an order from New Zealand owners for the building of a twin screw passenger steamer. Her dimensions are to be 190 feet by 30 feet by 13. V feet, and her measurement between 700 and 800 tons. A COINCIDENCE.
