COASTAL DISTRICTS. (Received August 23, 0.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, Tuesday. There has been a considerable’ spell of wet weather in the coastal districts of die colony. It lias been raining on the coast almost continuously since the beginning of June. Tho rainfall in Sydney rrom January Ist to date is 41in, as against a total of 43in for the whole of last vear. Only five days during the present month have been dry here.
