PRUSSIAN CANALS BILL.
REJECTED BY THE LEGISLATOR BERLIN, Sunday. Hie Prussian Legislature has finally, and by a large majority, rejected the Canals Bill, in spite of a warning as to the importance of the measure in the estimation of the Kaiser.
Prince Hohcnlohe, speak mg as Premier of Prussia, announced that the Government intended to persist with the measure.
The Bill in question provides for the construction of a canal connecting tho Rhine and Elbe rivers.
