THE STRANDING OF THE MAVIS
SUCCESSFULLY FLOATED OFF. PHESS ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, Monday. The schooner Mavis, which went ashore a few days ago near Mahia, has been successfully launched. She was towed to port by the Weka, arriving late on, Saturday night. The only damage the Mavis sustained was to her keel and rudder. -
