No entry will be received'for any. race except: on this condition: That all disputes, claims' and objections arising out' of the :■ racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or those they may appoint, and their decision upon air points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. ; 2. Ail entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Box G, 8.0., Levin, with entrance money enclosed, also- name, age at time of. .entry,- pedigree, and performances of horse, name of owner, and colour of rider. All jockeys to ride in costume, and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will be imposed. 3. When Two or more horses start, the property of'the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. - 4. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to'the Secretary one half-hour before the advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 2 sovs to the' Race Fund. • • • • 5. -All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. 0. Horses walking over-will receive only half the stakes. • 7. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry Vlb penalty; of two or .more races, 141 b penalty, v ' 8.
